Press latch buttons to unlock Leash latch and attach to Collar pin. Push latch down and release latch buttons to lock latch onto pin. Pull Leash to ensure it is fully attached before use.

Press buttons to unlock handle latch, route handle around desired object, and reconnect handle latch to tether your dog.

Waste bags are always in reach with the built in TOMO waste bag dispenser. To refill dispenser, twist off cap, insert new waste bag roll and twist cap back on.
