Our Story

It started with a question: "Why is all dog gear the same?"

The same buckles, the same latches, and the same user experience.

Dog gear is something that we all use multiple times a day and we believe interacting with meticulously designed products can make our every day lives better. TOMO redesigns dog gear from the ground up to create a look and experience that is like nothing else. Every single component of TOMO is custom designed here in Los Angeles, ensuring that every inch is thought out and of the highest quality.

To put it simply, TOMO helps you #DogBetter.

Our Values

  • Sustainability. TOMO is the last leash you will ever buy. In a world where the average dog parent may buy 10 leashes and collars during the lifetime of their dog, TOMO aims to be the one and only product you purchase for your pup. TOMO is designed to last a lifetime and if it doesn't live up to that we offer a lifetime warranty. If something goes wrong with your gear send it back to us and we will repair or replace it.
  • Minimalism. When designing our products we often ask ourselves "does it really need it?" We believe in less noise and higher quality in everything we do. If something is featured on our product we truly believe it serves an essential function. Not to mention, minimal design looks great.
  • Do good. In addition to our products making daily life easier, we want to make sure we are doing our part to help dogs in need. TOMO is currently looking for partnerships with shelters and rescues to provide gear and support. Please reach out to b@tomodog.com if interested.
